Wheeler’s physical attributes are nothing spectacular, but he is a serviceable player who is smart and instinctive enough to make plays, but is often just a step slow in actually making it happen.  Is usually right there and is seldom out of position.  Takes good angels to the ball carrier and has decent range.  Will struggle shedding blocks against offensive linemen.
